Cancellations
Cancellations made by the clients must be at least 4 weeks before the agreed date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits & Final Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the client's wedding/event date. The balance will be due on the wedding/event date. Setup Time
Frances Hendrick will arrive at the client's home or wedding/event venue at a pre-arranged time. Travelling Area
